Boot Camp with Jess

Serving the Salt Lake Valley since 2002, we have created military-inspired personal training programs for all shapes, abilities, and styles of individuals. Whether you want to lose weight, strengthen your body or improve your overall health, this program is for you. Check us out before you enlist! Come prepared for a workout with a small towel, 32oz H2O, and comfortable workout clothing. Here you can meet the trainer, check out the facility, and go through an actual workout to try us out before you enlist.
